Obituary of Tanya Cherise Follett

Tanya Cherise Follett, age 61, of Romulus, MI, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Beaumont Hospital in Trenton, MI. Tanya was born on October 14, 1960, in Quincy, MI, the daughter of Allen and Jacquelyn “Jean” (Flynn) Richards.

Tanya is survived by her children, Alexia Follett of Romulus, MI, Tyson Follett of Flat Rock, MI, and Marti Flynn of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Darin Michael Allen Schuessler, Maci Grace Stewart, Chloe Faith Tanner, and Jason Lee Schuessler; brothers, William Flynn of Bryan, OH,  Allen “Jaime” (LeeAnn) Richards of Van Wert, OH, Steve Richards of Midwest City, OK, and Thomas (Leslie) Jones of Midwest City, OK; sisters, Teri (Vernon) Creps of Camden, MI and Laura (Darryl) Mesker of Charloe, OH; stepsister, Lisa (Kenny) Jewell of Paulding, OH; and many stepsiblings, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin “Kevy” Follett; granddaughter, Ozzrielle Justice; and sisters, Lyla Flynn and Zina Richards and nephew, William (Billy) Lee Flynn II.

Visitation for Tanya will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, from Noon until 5p.m. at the Eagle-Marry Funeral Home, 412 W. Main St, Fayette, OH 43521. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 5p.m. at the Eagle-Marry Funeral Home, 412 W Main St, Fayette, OH 43521. Cremation will follow.
