The Music and Theatre worlds have lost a beautiful giant. Sing in sweet Peace, Peggy. You will be missed until we meet again. Can we do a duet when I get there? So much love to your family as they grieve and bid you farewell from their daily lives. -Stina Hokenson

I went to school with Peggy at Bowling Green. Such a wonderful voice! I am very proud of all she accomplished for the music world. Later in life our son's, Isaac and Derek were in school together. She and I were also members of Matinee Musicale together, a small performing music group. She will be greatly missed.

I was a music student of hers at Lincoln School back in elementary school. She shared her craft in such a way that made it fun to learn. My heart is broken that her physical voice has been silenced, however, I am thankful her voice will ring out amongst the angels. We will see you again! My thoughts and prayers to all!

I was in the Upbeats with Mrs. Snead. I loved her...she encouraged me so much and got me to sing a solo in a Christmas play of Away In A Manger. I will never forget it or her. Rest peacefully Mrs. Snead

My condolences to the family. I always enjoyed spending time with Peggy when she came to Columbus. She was not only talented but compassionate also.
She is singing with the angles and other family members.
She will be missed. Prayers are being said for comfort and peace during your time of grief.

I enjoyed having her as my elementary school music teacher as well as learning from her while in the Croswell Kids summer camp. Saw her for the first time in many years at a Lenawee Community Chorus rehearsal this past year. Will definitely miss getting to sing with her in the chorus.

I am filled with sadness and know how much all of you will miss her smile and love. We shared so much in life from our senior recital ( we sang a soprano duet and several songs each) , musicals, operas and chorale at BGSU. How glad I was to find her in Adrian when I moved there in the late 70's. We worked together for all those years on shows, children's camps and musicals. She was always there to share and help. What a friend Peggy was. I will always remember her as my friend and co-soprano in life. Love to all of the family. Remember the good times as I will until we meet again.

Peggy was my first (and closest) friend when my former husband, Bob Soller, and I moved to Adrian in 1974. She remained a dear friend — and always will be. Her death is a serious loss for all of us who loved her. Marcia Soller Venus.

A life that touches others (as Peggy did) will go on forever! She was one special lady, always friendly no matter where she was or what she was doing. She always had time for you! She'll be serenading everyone in heaven. RIP Peggy!

Such a wonderful, kind person, and music teacher. I enjoyed visiting with her after the recent Lenawee Community Chorus Concert at Red Lobster, and taking her home to her cute little house on Butler Street. I have precious memories of you Peggy! Sending prayers to family and friends.
