Obituary of Ines Navarro Jr.
Adrian – Ines “Inie” Navarro Jr., age 80, of Adrian passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022, surrounded by his loving family and Hospice of Lenawee. Ines was born on December 29, 1941, in Cotulla, TX, the son of Ines Sr. and Leonor (Salinas) Navarro.
Ines is survived by his two sons, Jerry Navarro of Adrian and Mark Sr. (JoAn) Navarro of Adrian; two daughters, Christine Navarro of Holt, MI and Victoria Navarro of Adrian; one brother, Abel (Janie) Navarro of Essexville, MI; three sisters, Victoria (Hank) Schelling of Whittier, NC, Elva Horlings of Pawley’s Island, SC, and Otila (Charles) Love of Albuquerque, NM; six grandchildren; many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, one great-great-great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Ines wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, from 5-8 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 7:00 p.m. at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian. The Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Parish, St. Joseph Campus with Fr. Michael Newman as Celebrant. Burial of cremains will be held in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian.
