Walter lived in the same apartment building as my husband and I for many years. Walter was a very humble, somewhat introspective man who was a special friend to a 92 year old lady named Gladys, she was from New York& Walter's impression of her was spot on even she endorsed it! He sounded exactly the same as her. He loved to make people laugh and he was quite a lot of fun once you got to know him Occasionally Walter would play guitar for us. He was a perfectionist and he was extremely hard on himself. Needless to say he played beautifully! We shared many a happy occasion living here amongst friends, potlucks etc and Walter always brought the chips. You know the healthy ones...and I cannot even begin to tell you how very much Walter is missed already. To Walter's entire family and friends, we send our deepest condolences to you at this time.
