I am so sorry for your loss. I met Tammy through the Huntington's Disease support group locally. It turns out that she went to school with one of my children. We had discussions about high school years as well as mutual acquaintances. I was delighted and interested in her return to college in adulthood...I had earned a degree in Nursing as an adult, so we understood how different it is/was (mostly the difference in motivation). I think that I had met both of her children...either at a parade float event or at one of BBill Sprow's meetings or bonfires. I know that he respected and admired Tammy as well.
