Obituary of Violet Miller
Violet Ann Miller is a precious gift from God. She was born on January 15, 2022 at 2:08 pm. Violet weighed 3 lbs and 15 oz and was 17 inches long. During her mother’s 11th week of pregnancy her parents found out that Violet was at high risk for Trisomy 18. Her parents knew they wanted to love her for as long as God gave them the opportunity. Violet had Trisomy 18 and would need miracles to survive. Miracles did happen and she lived for 8 days. She passed peacefully in the loving arms of her parents into the arms of Jesus on January 23, 2022 at 3:33 p.m.
Her arrival was an answer to prayer and her parents waited for her birth with joyful expectations. Although Violet’s time here on Earth was short, her family cherished every second, created precious memories, and let her know how much she was loved. Violet’s presence enriched the lives of her family in ways that will never be forgotten. She also touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with, from medical students, ultrasound techs, nurses, doctors, and other hospital staff to many more she never met yet that knew her story. Violet enjoyed hearing the voices of her parents and sister, having close cuddles, and listening to music. She is very loved by her family and will be deeply missed.
Violet is the daughter of Jeremy and Abbie Miller. She is survived by her big sister Rayna; grandparents, Terry and Barbara (Strahan) Miller and Gary and Beverly (Roberson) Koppelman; aunts and uncles, Boden (Linda) Koppelman, Corwin (Katie) Koppelman, Clair (Caitlin) Koppleman, Carrie (Benjamin) Doorn, Brock (Melissa) Koppelman, Sarah (Wesley) Sinka; cousins, Makaila, Kyra, Malachi, Adelyn, Ezra, Tirzah, Silas, Shiloh, Josiah, Charis, and Canyon Koppelman and Olivia and Grace Sinka.
She was preceded in death by her miscarried sibling, great grandparents George and Dorothy Miller, Charles and Pauline Strahan, Marion “Pete” and Cleo Roberson, and Erwin and Margaret Koppelman.
