Joyce, was like a second Mother to me, she was my angel in Fayette Ohio. She was my dearest friend in that small town when I lived there. I remember having very difficult moments in my life, Joyce was always there to comfort and support me, she never turned me away. I knew I could call Joyce at three in the morning and she would answer. No matter what she was doing, or what hardships she was going through, Joyce always wore a smile. The light of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ shined through Joyce like a golden halo around her head. Joyce was one of the most beautiful person's I knew. Joyce was always there for me with a hug and a warm piece of pie. The whole town could be against me, but...Joyce never was. Joyce was a woman of strong faith in God, and did not hold on to grudges. She was the epitome of what a Christian should be; loving, ever forgiving, gracious, kind, patient and honest. My heart is heavy with grief, yet; I know heaven has earned another great angelic soul. I love and miss you so much Joyce, I really wish I could have seen you one last time. But, I know we will see each other again in Heaven. Save a cup of coffee and a slice of pie for me...Love Elisa.

When I worked for Kristy at the Bake Shop Joyce always made it a point to stop in and ask how I was, how my family was. We always had nice chats, she was a very pleasant lady.
