Obituary of James Beauchamp

James P. Beauchamp age 80, of Hudson, MI passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021, in Kalamazoo, MI.  Jim was born in Detroit, MI, on September 20, 1941, to Eli and Harriet (Detour) Beauchamp. On August 6, 1966, in Reno, NV. he married Julie E. Jorgenson, and she survives.  He served his country in the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965.  Jim worked for himself as a truckdriver, and so many other things.  Jim’s friends know him as Mr. handy man he can fix anything or make a gadget to make a task easier.  Motorcycles were his thing from buying and fixing to riding with Julie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Robert, Fred, and Eugene “Putsy” Beauchamp.

A funeral for Jim will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 11:00 am at Eagle Marry Funeral Home, Hudson, MI, with a gathering time from 10 to 11. Pastor Matt Seegraves and Pastor Eric Hickman will lead our Celebration.  Burial will be Private in Dover Center Cemetery.
