
Obituary of George Haag
Adrian – George Haag, age 86, of Adrian, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021, at his home. He was born on August 4, 1935, in Wyandotte, the son of Michael and Barbara (Schira) Haag. He married Patricia Charette on July 13, 1957 in Wyandotte and she survives. George received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Detroit and was employed by Silbond as a Chemist, retiring after 35 years of service. George was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. Mary Campus, and the Knights of Columbus of Adrian.
In addition to his wife, Patricia, he is survived by three sons, Michael, Carl, and Mark (Lisa) Haag and two grandsons, Collin and Lance Haag. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Johanna
The memorial mass for George will be held on Friday, January 7, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at Holy Family Parish, St. Mary Campus with Fr. Michael Newman as celebrant. Burial of cremains will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery.
