Obituary of Peggy Sue Shearer

PITTSFORD, MI-Peggy Shearer, age 54, of Pittsford, died Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Hillsdale Hospital.  She was born September 3, 1966, in Hudson to Lawrence Edwin and Sylvia Diane (Goodlock) Shearer. Peggy had been a behavioral healthcare giver before becoming disabled. She loved to crochet, read books, play the card game “Magic”, playing Pokemon Go, and especially loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

 

Peggy is survived by two daughters, Kathern (Derrick Adams) Shearer and Rebecca Gollnick; a brother, Chad Shearer; two sisters, Laura Orbeck and Denise Shearer; and two grandchildren, Derrick and Larry; and Piglet, her canine companion, and Peggy's lifelong best friend, Sandy(Harold) Wiler.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Sylvia in infancy.

Cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Life held for Peggy at a later date. You may send condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com.
