Obituary of Lee Paschal

LEE HARLAN PASCHAL

Manitou Beach-Lee Paschal, age 67 of Manitou Beach, died Monday, December 31, 2018, at his home.  He was born May 9, 1951, in Adrian, to Harlan and Marilyn (Selders) Paschal.  On September 10, 1977, Lee married Shirley McGregor and she preceded him in death on November 10, 1994.  On April 2, 1996, Lee married Jill Austin in Hudson, and she survives. 

 

In 1979 Lee founded Paschal Burial Vaults, a business he operated for many years.  He had many varied interests including riding motorcycles and riding horses, traveling to the Smokey Mountains and the Mackinaw area.  Lee was a member of WRBC Bikers and a lifetime member of Lenawee County Sheriff Department Mounted Division.  He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. 

 

Surviving Lee, in addition to his wife, Jill,  is his mother, Marilyn of  Adrian, two sons; Luke (Cherith) Paschal of Hudson and Brandon (Joanne) Braman of Holly Springs, NC,, two step-sons; James (Crystal) Tedders and Kenneth Tedders both of Manitou Beach, a step-daughter, Tammy (Anthony) Satterelli of Morgantown, WV, and a sister, Marcia (Jerry) Moore of Adrian.  Also surviving are Lee’s 16 grandchildren.  In addition to his first wife, Shirley, he was preceded in death by his father, Harlan and a brother, Billy.

 

Funeral services for Lee will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at West Rome Baptist Church in Manitou Beach with Pastor Jeff Malin officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Morenci.  Visitation hours will be on Saturday, January 5, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to West Rome Baptist Church.  Envelopes are available at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home.
