Obituary of Terri Farley-Shorter

Adrian – Terri Gail Farley-Shorter, age 57, of Adrian, passed away unexpectedly on November 3, 2018, at her home.

 

She was born on April 2, 1961, in Pontiac, MI, to K.C. and Lorraine (Rogers) Farley. Terri was a member of Restore World Church. She was very creative and loved doing crafts and decorating, but most of all she loved Jesus, her children, grandchildren, and all of her family.

 

Terri is survived by her children, Kimberly (Michael) Robinson, Christine (Garry) Inman, and Johnny Shorter Jr., all of Adrian; sisters, Bobbie Hecht of Milan, Joyce (Larry) Shipman of Adrian, Deborah Binder of Denver, CO, Phyllis Tweedy of Ypsilanti; grandchildren, Caley, Noah, Isaiah, Messiah, Lillie, Hagen, Kaylin, Jaeden, Hailie, Amber, and Garry Jr; great grandson, Jeremiah; special “grandma”, Opal Thomas; and nieces and nephews, Angela, Jennifer, Lorri, Raina Gail, Kelley, KaCey Jo, McKenzie, Eli, and Luke. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, KaCey Farley; aunt, Christine Glover; and brother-in-law, Edward Hecht.

 

The Funeral service for Terri will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian with Pastor Claude Bevier officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti.
