Vonda we are so sorry for the loss of your Mom. Keeping you in our prayers at this difficult time.
Oh, Janet...I'm just seeing this for the first time. I've been in Ann Arbor and didn't hear the news until reading it now. I wish I could have come home for the funeral. Hopefully, you know that Dick and I are really very saddened by the loss of mom. During her later years, she subscribed to the large print edition of the Upper Room for me and I always found such solace in that. She considered it a gift to me.
I enjoyed having coffee with her at the Dari-ette and marveled at her memory of names and events. I always looked forward to seeing her.
Serious condolences to Keith and Vonda also. Save some for yourself.
Keith, Janet, Vonda and families,
I have only the sweetest memories of Vaneita as a wife, Mom, Grandma, teacher and friend. Sending love and prayers of comfort your way.
So sorry for your loss Keith and Cyndee. She was such a sweet lady
What a sweet and wonderful blessing Vaneita was. Every service we attended together she gave hugs and kisses, and always said she loved us a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
She brightened the day of residents, staff & visitors at LMCF. I felt blessed when she greeted me with her signature greeting. We love you “a bushel and a peck, a hug around the neck, and a barrel and a heap”. Rest In Peace sweet Vaneita.
Love and Prayers sent your way from the family. Aunt Vaneita always had a smile when ever I saw her. It was like picking up right where we left off. God has gained a special Angel.
