William David Ludolph Jr.

Adrian – William David Ludolph Jr, age 56, of Adrian, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was born on August 13, 1964, in Blue Island, IL to William Sr. and Carole (Fornal) Ludolph. Bill Jr. enjoyed woodworking, building and creating things, 3D Puzzles, playing the guitar and banjo, listening to music, spending time outdoors, fishing, golfing, and mowing the lawn. He loved cooking his famous “slop” and spending time with his family, especially his time and all the talks with his “brother” Tom.


In addition to his mother, Carole, Bill Jr. is survived by five sisters, Lauri (Raymond) Schedler, Doreen (Scott) Brown, Cricket (Nick) Householder, Sherri Longfellow, and Caroline Kakembo;  his nieces and nephews, Nicole (Rick), Ryan (Kelly), Raychel (Dylan), Ray Jr. (Tammy), Cynthia (James), Ashley (Zach), Joseph (Brittany), Natasha (Alex), Scotty (Nick), Brandon (Brooke), Collin, Camdyn, Jessica (Emil), Charlee, Miles, and Aubriella; great-nieces and great-nephews, Tripp, Braylyn, Keke, Shyla, Maddie, Raymie, Lexie, Penny, Olivia, Jude, Aiden, Mayson, Alana, Kenny, Adeline, Emily, Ean, and Julian; aunt, Peggy Porter; and special friends, Tom, Katreena, Jill, Sharon, and all of their families. Bill Jr. was preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Raymond and Jamie; two nephews, Eric Riley and George Ludolph Jr; an uncle, George Ludolph; and Godmother, Geri Ludolph.


A visitation for Bill Jr. will be held at Anderson-Rudd Funeral Home in Blissfield on Monday, February 15, 2021, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., with a scripture service beginning at 6:00 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of guests will be permitted in the building at any given time and masks are required. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Light of Christ Catholic Church in Blissfield, with Father Jeff Poll officiating. A burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Adrian.
