Joan and family
Please accept a deepest sympathy from an old friend if you are the Joan Curtis of Hudson Michigan.
Your loss saddens me. Ron was a good friend to my brother, Mark, especially as someone who reached out to the "new kid" when we first moved to Adrian in the late sixties. Mark valued him and treasured his friendship. I enjoyed Ron with his kind ways and fun humor. It has been many years since we were in touch, Dorothy, but I send thoughts of healing and prayers for hope for you and your family and will share this sad news with our parents, Bob and Lois Jones.
My deepest sympathy to Joan and family at this sad time.
I first met Ron in the late 60s, when I was attending U of M, and he was going to Eastern. We hung out a lot, but our lives drifted apart, so I hadn't seen him much until the last couple of years. I lost a foot to disease, and spent months living in a hotel, until my house could be made wheelchair accessible. He visited me regularly, bringing me groceries, and steak sandwiches for lunch. I appreciated both the visits and the groceries immensely. All the time I knew him, he had a well-considered, independent opinion on anything we ever discussed. I valued that very much. I miss him.
We are so sorry for you and your family's loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Joan, I am so sorry for your loss! Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God comfort you in the difficult days ahead. Know that I am here for you if you need me. Deepest regards,Cyndi

Ron understood and was accepting of human nature more than anyone I've ever known. Cruising through the Lenawee countryside in the Miata with the top down, we enjoyed many conversations spurred by a shared love of literature. Ron, I miss you. Thank you for being my brother and friend.
So many memories of Ron! We were always seated next to each other in every homeroom and shared classes thru our days of Adrian education.
My prayers are with you and your family!
Joanne Nathan Andrew I'm so sorry to hear about Ron. My prayers and thoughts are with you and his family. God bless you all
Deepest sympathies to you all. With love,
Kristin, Paul and Warren

I had the pleasure of working at Aget with Ron and Ray for many years. Ron and I shared many laughs together. What a great sense of humor. I will miss him. Condolences to the Wakefields.
You were a great big brother and I will miss you.
